Inspiration:
Arabic is hard, there are no two ways about it. Even native Arabic speakers find Arabic grammar a challenge. I've seen my half-Syrian children work enthusiastically - and some, not so much - to get their heads around Arabic intricacies. In my book, anyone that is making the effort to master even the basics of reading and writing the Arabic alphabet deserves a huge cheer. The Haluna Happy Names Alif, YEAH! design is inspired by students of Arabic everywhere. The title is a pun that mirrors this inspiration. As many know, the first letter of the Arabic alphabet is Alif, but the final letter is not Zay. It is Ya, pronounced by many Arabic speakers like 'yeah'. Let's celebrate the learning of Arabic!
