Shipping policy (for orders within Australia):

• Hoo-ray! Haluna Happy Names offers FREE standard shipping Australia-wide for most orders over $99*.

• We also offer a flat standard shipping rate of $9.90 for orders under $99 within Australia.

• Standard postage delivery time within Australia: approximately 2-10 working days. We use Australia Post.

  * Our free shipping offer is limited to orders under 5 kg going to a single destination. If you would like to know shipping costs before placing a larger business or community group order to one or multiple addresses, please get in touch.

Shipping policy (for international orders):

The shipping rate for your product depends on its weight, and where it is printed (in Australia or in a location close to you). It is calculated when you add your item to the cart.

How long till your receive your Haluna Happy Names order?

My goal is to have your finished printed product ready to dispatch within 3 working days of you placing your order. It does depend on the size of your order, and if the customisation details require your review and sign off. Learn more about our production process and times here.

In-house printed items are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays by 2pm and then it is over to Australia Post.

If you have chosen 'local pick up' as your delivery option for an in-house printed item, you can do this on Mondays and Fridays 2–3 pm AEST or Wednesdays 9–10 AEST. I will send you an email to let you know your order is ready for collection and to confirm the pick-up options for that week.

Items printed by our lovely print partners in Australia and overseas are usually dispatched daily.
