Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We love you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy at Haluna Happy Names. Our goal is for our exclusive colourful designs and products to make your loved ones, supporters and clients happy also, when you give our pieces as gifts. Our product range is tested and selected for durability and usefulness so that the joy from owning a Haluna Happy Names item lasts long after the initial squeals of happiness when it is first received.

If you ever have a problem or any kind of question about a product you have bought at Haluna Happy Names, please get in touch. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

  • Please take the utmost care when selecting and specifying sizes, design options, and custom text to be printed on your Haluna Happy Names piece, before you pay for your order. We have a size guide to help with clothing size selection.
  • Unfortunately, due to the customised nature of many of our designs we are unable to exchange or refund any personalised and customised products for ‘change of mind’, or when you make an error in your order (e.g. spelling of a name, choosing wrong size for a T-shirt).
  • For highly customised products, like our personalised routine trackers, or whenever there may be some uncertainty regarding how your item is to be customised, including when we are converting a name or message from English to Arabic, we will always seek approval from you before printing and dispatching your order.
  • If your products are faulty and you wish to return, reprint (exchange) or be refunded for your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return/reprint/refund. You can use our contact form or e-mail us at Include photographs showing where you think there is damage or flaws in the product; these are always helpful in speeding up the process. If we are unable to resolve your issue with a replacement or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods you purchased.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
